What is the return policy?

Please note: We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available for any products sold.
When will I get my order?

For all orders within Vietnam, shipping typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, delivery time ranges from 8–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

For international orders, once your order is confirmed & shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number in 3-4 days so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that delays may occur during holidays or due to external factors beyond our control.
Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are proudly designed and manufactured in Saigon, Vietnam.

We work closely with local artisans and production partners to ensure every piece meets our standards of quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship — while staying true to the spirit of the city that inspires us.
How much does shipping cost?

For all domestic orders within Vietnam, we offer a flat shipping rate of 35,000 VND, regardless of location.

For international orders, standard shipping is available at 400,000 VND (approximately 20 USD), with an estimated delivery time of 8–15 business days depending on your region. If you prefer a faster delivery option, express shipping is available for 800,000 VND (approximately 40 USD), with delivery in as little as 3–7 business days.
